ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) -- Southwest Airlines announced a 96-hour sale Tuesday morning, advertising one-way fares of less than $50 on dozens of the airline’s shorter routes.
Longer flights are still discounted, with prices ranging from $79-$149 depending on distance.
The flights must occur between June 5 and October 31 and only domestic flights are allowed. To qualify for the discount, flights must be booked by May 18 and be 21 days out from the time of booking.
As with previous sales, travelers hunting the biggest discounts are going to have to be flexible in their scheduling. The lowest fares are on Tuesday and Wednesday flights, thought passengers can mix and match with different days.
